Registered users with an active subscription on our cloud service are entitled to online technical support.

Upon receiving a support request (whether online, via telephone, or email), we aim to provide an initial response within 120 minutes. We will work diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, depending on the severity of the issue, the availability of requested information, and during normal business hours.
Please note technical support does not cover user training, consultancy, or professional services. We reserve the right to enforce and update these support conditions at our sole discretion.
