We are looking for someone to join our team to work on specific projects, you will need to be versatile, creative and keen to learn.

We have a globally distributed and hybrid team structure with remote working and an office base in London.

 

Candidate Profile

Our ideal candidate is passionate with a desire to learn and a drive to continuously develop themselves. You will be an effective communicator, with strong attention to detail and a problem-solving approach. Organized and methodical, you will be able to work individually as well as within in a team to achieve high quality end goals. You will develop a coaching approach to working with other team members and clients, leading by example; influencing and smoothing issues/concerns effectively and quickly. You are enthusiastic, ready to spot and take on new problems, whilst identifying and improving ways of delivering value as we continue to push our technology forward.

You are proactive, good with Excel and data; able to work under pressure, solve problems and take on responsibility. Most of all, you are someone with the passion to become a true champion of our software, customers and business values, who really wants to make a difference to the success of a growing company.

 

The Program

Our Graduate Program will have your role focus on presales and customer success. It is a solution consultant role.

Our business is small with big ambitions, you will make a difference with real projects and customers in different industries. You will build a wide-ranging understanding of a SaaS business and find your areas of interest. You will be supported and mentored to be your best.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Establish positive and effective working relationships with the project team, line manager, other colleagues and clients.
  • Achieve deliverables and objectives set by your line manager to a high standard, seeking support and input as appropriate.
  • Understand and actively promote SharpCloud values and culture.
  • Become a true product expert and champion! You’ll be able to present and demonstrate SharpCloud to customers (including prospects), showing its features and describing its benefits.
  • You will experience all stages of the Customer Journey – from early marketing to customer success.
  • Engage with customers (through on-line meeting, email. phone and face to face) to understand their requirements and use the ‘challenger’ methodology to help them undertake their role in creating an environment for success.
  • Help our customers turn Excel sheets, PowerPoints and other data into visual SharpCloud stories, using a combination of your data skills and creativity to create great solutions to their problems.
  • Demonstrate how SharpCloud can be used for roadmapping, innovation, project portfolio, risk and other use cases.
  • Continue to work with customers post-sale, to help deliver pilot, POC and implementation projects and to deliver support on their solution.
  • Run training/enablement sessions with customers to build their knowledge of SharpCloud and help them become competent and confident users in line with our accreditation programmes.
  • Create product help and training materials including written documents, videos and SharpCloud stories, updating them regularly with each new software release.
  • Work with users and communities to feedback on features requested by customers and suggest ways to make SharpCloud even better.
  • Work with the Sales and Partner teams, help maintain a library of useful information.
  • Be a key member of a committed and capable team and perform any other tasks as reasonably requested from time to time.

Qualifications, Skills & Experiences

  • University graduate majoring in Business Intelligence and Analytics, Computer Science or a related field 
  • Highly motivated to deliver, whilst adopting a lead by example approach with sub-contractors and team members.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, ability to influence without authority and to be adaptive in communication styles.
  • Driven to achieve results, strong attention to detail, analytical and able to tackle problems effectively and calmly.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize effectively, determined to deliver and resilient to change.

The business is global, with international customers and partners and offices in London and the US.
