If you are accessing SharpCloud from our cloud service (my.sharpcloud.com or associated sub-domains), please review your support options below:Registered users with a free subscription on our cloud service are entitled to online technical support.

- Telephone support during business working days from our support teams in:

On receipt of a support request (online, via telephone or via email to the support email), we will seek to provide an initial response within 120 minutes and will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly, subject to being provided with any requested information and subject to the severity of the issue.
Please note technical support does not cover user training, consultancy or professional services. We reserve the right to enforce and update these support conditions at our sole discretion.
