SharpCloud End-User Technical Support
If you are accessing SharpCloud via a SharpCloud Accredited partner, then please contact the partner for their support terms.
If you are accessing SharpCloud from our cloud service (my.sharpcloud.com or associated sub-domains), please review your support options below.
Registered users with an active subscription on our cloud service are entitled to online technical support.
- Support Ticket System (Can be accessed from SharpCloud Dashboard, via the “?” symbol)
- UK email support (email@example.com),
- US email support (firstname.lastname@example.org), and
- Telephone support during business working days from our support teams in:
- UK (+44 203 821 1432) 9am – 5pm
- US (+1 484 841 4550) 9am – 5pm
On receipt of a support request (online, via telephone, or via email to the support email), we will seek to provide an initial response within 120 minutes and will endeavor to resolve the issue promptly, subject to being provided with any requested information, subject to the severity of the issue and between normal business hours.
Please note technical support does not cover user training, consultancy, or professional services. We reserve the right to enforce and update these support conditions at our sole discretion.
SharpCloud is delivered in-browser using HTML5.
