“It’s about compliance and visibility and accountability. Northern Powergrid wanted to make their Digitalisation Strategy & Action Plan (DSAP) available to the public, and crucially to Ofgem to show evidence of progress made since their previous DSAP submission. The expectation from Ofgem is to provide something that allows visibility and accountability and for the public to be able to go and see what is happening in that organization.
Ironically most energy companies are using unengaging PDFs to explain their digital transformation. We were able to provide a visual and interactive solution to bring to life the entirety of Northern Powergrid’s DSAP, and bring clarity to the areas people are predominantly interested in, enabling them to click through, understand, query, filter, and find out information for themselves.”
