Use this template to:
- Ensure alignment across all activities
- Map out and communicate actions that get you to the key result
- Collaboratively track the status of progress
Each Objective ("where we will be") is supported by a small set of Key Results that will indicate whether the objective is being delivered effectively.
Highest level Objectives detail the statement of intent and vision. The Key Results attached to each are a stretch target for your plan, in this case to reduce to NetZero in your organization.
Define your Objectives and Key Results, and map these to New Projects in your organization.
