We were using Excel with over 30 separate workbooks and worksheets that didn’t talk to each other.

Solution

SharpCloud combined the work of more than 30 separate Excel worksheets into one view. We have been able to create different views of our data to make it more digestible. We have a bow-tie view that displays 337 items of data in a single view compared to less than 17 items in an Excel sheet. The same amount of information in Excel would span more than 15 A3 pages.

A Risk direction view displays changes in risk status from the previous month and draws attention to newly escalated risk and then agrees priorities. Behind each risk, a number of panels illustrate risk details, scores, related actions, controls, impacts, all with progress notes and all information being available in one place.
