Introduction to IfM Engage
IfM Engage collaborates with organizations across industry, government, and academia to tackle complex challenges, leveraging expertise and methodologies developed at the Institute for Manufacturing (IfM), part of the University of Cambridge’s Department of Engineering. Four core solutions, powered by SharpCloud - Strategic Roadmapping, Strategic Visioning, Project Selection, and Organizational Culture Roadmap Assessment - help businesses drive innovation, make better strategic decisions, and build a strong foundation for long-term success.
Many of the tools and approaches developed at the IfM enable organizations to make robust and informed strategic choices. Firstly, we blend consultancy, training and mentoring depending on project requirements to build our client’s capability and expertise. Secondly, our approach is built on a foundation of University of Cambridge research, so as new findings emerge, we integrate them into our toolkit to ensure our approach remains world-leading.
