Please sign-in to SharpCloud, and launch the portal from the “Help?” menu.

 

Why does it work like this?

We have created a single portal for learning, support, knowledge transfer and community learning.

All SharpCloud instances (US, UK, EU, and all customer private installs) use the same portal, which is hosted in the EU.

To simplify the experience for all users the sign-in process is handled automatically, but needs to be initiated from SharpCloud.
