Reporting to Support Team Lead, the Technical Support role is a great opportunity for someone with an aptitude to learn, a love of problem-solving, and a passion for tech and startups.

Responsible for all aspects of the technical support process, including responding to emails and phone calls from customers.
Identifying and resolving technical problems and making sure all issues are properly tracked and promptly resolved.
You will be responsible for support during normal working hours.
You will be required to work closely with the rest of the support team, development team and customer success team when required.
Candidates will need to rapidly become familiar with the SharpCloud Software product and should have significant initiative and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Jira, Telerik Fiddler and similar products recommended. Experience with SQL would be highly beneficial.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate politely in all possible situations.
Ability to independently stay organised under a large workload.
