As a Customer Success Executive, you will be the first line of contact for customers, ensuring that any issues are dealt with in a professional and timely manner, as well as making sure they receive excellent customer service throughout. You will also work closely with the product teams, giving feedback on the product for future development.

Managing set of accounts, post-sales.
Ensuring both the training and enablement of customers, and development of the solution is successful.
Acting as technical advocate of SharpCloud to the customer, and promoting new capabilities when appropriate.
Acting as the conduit between SharpCloud Product Manager and the customer to ensure feature requirements are qualified and fed back.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of SharpCloud and particularly new features in order to recommend and communicate solutions to customers.
3-5 years customer facing experience, preferably in SaaS.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
You will have a very analytical mind and be able to quickly identify issues, or opportunities, that our customers may have.
Demonstrate an ability to build collaborative relationships with customers to proactively leverage opportunities and address challenges.
Ability to meet self-imposed deadlines and ability to balance the demands of multiple customer accounts.
Ability to work independently.
Strong quantitative, analytical and computer skills.
Travel as necessary.
