We are looking for dynamic, results-focused Customer Success Directors to join our UK and US teams. The role of Customer Success Director will work with our High Value customers while managing and developing a team of customer success professionals.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a proven ability to build and motivate a team focused on results related to driving renewal and retention, expansion and advocacy for our products.
Leading the Customer Success Program regionally (UK/US) for major accounts.
Leading a team of Customer Success Executives in the UK/US region who’ll manage minor accounts.
Responsible for customer training programs (SharpCloud Academy).
Responsible for on-going engagement post-sales with customers, to ensure they renew/grow subscription numbers.
Partner closely with customers to ensure you understand their business goals, key success metrics and internal dynamics to ensure success.
Ensure customer contract renewals are executed in a timely fashion and with our goal of 100% annual revenue retention.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of SharpCloud in order to recommend and communicate solutions and strategies to key accounts.
10+ years in Sales, Technical Pre-Sales or Customer Success.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Demonstrate an ability to build collaborative relationships with customers to proactively leverage opportunities and address challenges.
Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment that requires fresh thinking and innovation.
Ability to build strong team relationships with all functions of the business (sales, operations finance, marketing).
Strong quantitative, analytical and computer skills.
Travel as necessary.
