Absolutely. Many of our users create dedicated sites to work with customers on bids and project work. The team site provides a great way to transition knowledge between people as the project progresses, as new members can join the team as others move on to new roles.

No, individual stories can be shared securely with each customer just using their email address. N.B. Your customer will need to sign up for a free sharpcloud account too. But if you find that you are sharing more than one story with a customer it may be more effective to create a dedicated team site.

It depends on how big your organisation is and how many people are actively creating content. Large organisations may have many teams all co-creating content and sharing published work to a directory.
